New issue 198 by david.nouls: GinModuleAdapter sometimes gives errors with
singleton binding of concrete classes
http://code.google.com/p/google-gin/issues/detail?id=198

What steps will reproduce the problem?

In my GinModule I have
public class MyGinModule extends AbstractGinModule {
protected void configure() {
bind(MyClass.class).in(Singleton.class);
}
}

Where MyClass is a concrete class, not an interface.
public MyClass {
@Inject
public MyClass(IHandler handler) {
}
}

I wrap this in a GuiceModule to do UnitTesting.
Guice.createInjector(new GinModuleAdapter(new MyGinModule()));

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This throws an assert error:
java.lang.AssertionError: should never be actually called
