Sidebar's height changes after switching resolution

Hi there,

I noticed that Google Sidebar's height changes after switching
resolution. For example, if I play an OpenGL-based game, which uses
lower resolution and go back to desktop, the sidebar's height doesn't
go from top to bottom anymore. There will be a gap. One thing is
strange: it doesn't happen every time. The OS I am using is Ubuntu
10.04.

I found other issues, too, but luckily they were all reported.
