Comment Gadget in IE

Ok... I have tried what little skills I possess to fix this but am out of ideas. I am installed a comment box into my post footer on Blogger yet it always renders above the posts in IE (works fine in Chrome and Firefox). Has anyone else seen this? It only happens with the GFC code, anything else I put in the footer works as expected. Site in question is dolphinfree.net 

If this is not the correct place to seek assistance on this issue, please let me know and I shall look for help elsewhere.
