Deleted comments in activity stream

If you delete a comment, it still shows up when you make an activities
request. You can see the deleted comment in both the activities
gadget, and if you build an activities list manually using
newFetchActivitiesRequest().

Is this intentional? Doesn't that have potential privacy concerns? Is
there a way for the app to know it's been deleted to manually exclude
it from our custom activity list?

I originally came across this when deleting comments using the trash
icon in the comments gadget. But I also just confirmed that comments
still show up in the activities list when removed through the Moderate
function of the admin screens. That means if a user posts something
inappropriate, there doesn't appear to be a way to remove it from the
activity list.

Yeah, I believe this is a known issue. I'll check and see where we're
currently at on this.
