How did you decide the airports?

Dear Google -
This is a fabulous service you are providing, but I'm wondering how
you chose the airports? I am flying through three major cities -
Dallas, Denver, and Salt Lake City, and not a single one of them is
covered!!
Good luck to all of those who will get to use this service! Color me
jealous!!

REALLY, I'm in Charlotte and its ALWAYS BEEN FREE. Why they picked
Charlotte is a mystery. Google, you really dropped the ball on this
sham of a promotion. Target the airports that have a fee ok?

This 'free' network is not giving Google good advertising in my
opinion. It has always been free in CLI (Charlotte) and now my VPN
won't stay up on the network. This really isn't free to me....

I think they choose ones that were already free because it gives more
people a chance to donate and have Google match it.
