It is unfortunately TERRIBLE.   Please excuse my frustration but I miss the better graphs, the opening graph, etc etc.

I don't understand who came up with the new spread out with lots of white space web design but  I really prefer the old look with much more info in one glance.

Bring it back!

I am very disappointed in the new Google Finance webpage.  It's value to me has decreased to the point that I will only use it for an immediate stock quote.  I especially miss the listing of my previous 20 stock quotes on the left hand side.  I used this feature to follow the stocks I am interested in buying or selling.  I appreciated its convenience in that I didn't have to set up a portfolio or anything, it just automatically listed my last 20 stocks.  It was small and on the side, which enabled me to focus on the main page.

I also don't like the choices for image of the stock price.  In the past you could quickly switch from 1d to 5d to 1m to 3m to 6m to YTD.  You could easily add other stocks to compare or various indexes.  Now if you compare with another stock it locks in one screen with the default of 3m.  Usually I don't want 3m, but there is no 1m or 5 day setting.  Missing is the feature where you could set it on 1y and then move the cursor to a different start and stop, but still one year.

I also liked the ease of choosing "Market".  I liked to toggle Market with my individual stock quotes.  Now it is hard to find the market.  I'm sure there must be a better method, but I have reload the page from my bookmarks.  This is a pain.

I'll stop for now.  This change is very frustrating.

Totally agree, the new Finance page is useless.

Bad decision!!!

Keep old Finance page and Portfolios and charts.

I agree completely.  The new format has removed significant amounts of information and charting ability.   It's terrible. I urge everybody to use the feedback link on any Google page.
