Can I use Google Finance's stock data in commercial application?

Hi Google,

I want to build a free widget (Stock Watcher) - both android app + web app for a company. This widget will be part of their application which is sold to their clients.

I would like to use Google Finance's stock data to get quotes of specific required stocks.

Can I use Google Finance's data free of cost without any limitation?

I will be very glad to get advise on that or get linked to relevant person to get more details.
