Can't access Google finance

[Luca Finance]

For the past two days i have been getting the following 403 Forbidden
message when I try to access Google finance:

Forbidden
Your client does not have permission to get URL /finance/captcha from
this server.

I can access Google Finance Canada, even Google Finance China, just
not the regular Google finance web page. I have cleared my internet
history and cookies, I ran AdAware. It does this in both Internet
Explorer as well as Firefox. Any ideas?

 please restart your machine once and check which OS it is? is it Windows?

I've been unable to get on Google Finance for several hours and have
the same error message. Don't think it matters, but tried Windows and
Mac; Firefox, Safari and Chrome; rebooted and reset internet
connection.

Hmmm some thing weird, I tried here and checked with few more people also its working fine for all of us.
Which country you are from.

I'm form the United States using windows Vista, but I tried it on one
of my old Windows xp machines and the same thing. The funny thing for
me is that I have no problem accessing other international Google
finance sites such as Canada ( http://www.google.ca/finance) and China
(http://www.google.cn/finance). Its just Google.com/finance is with
the problem. I also just noticed that for some stocks if I type the
stock symbol in in regular Google search it usually shows up in the
search results with a mini chart and the stock price. Well since I've
had this problem if I type in for example NYX ( new york stock
exchange ticker symbol) in Google search I will get the price and some
stock info but no mini chart, and when I click on the link to take me
to the full chart on Google Finance I get the 403 Forbidden message.

 Every thing is working fine. Please try in other browers. If you are getting the same issue then I have to check with some one.

I am having the same problem too. I keep see the "Forbidden Your

server." 403 error everytime I try to access the site. I'm running
windows Vista and I use the Google Chrome browser.

I've restarted several times.
