Google finance is missing daily volume data for the entire Australian Stock Exchange since May

Since I saw a a recent response from google in another thread I will try this one again ...

Daily volumes have been missing for all australian stocks since May this year, now I notice that the daily open, high, low are also missing.  Recently some of the daily close prices have also started to dissappear showing zeros in the closing price.  This is not just the charts but in the historical data also.  It is like google ran out of storage space and started deleting stock data!!!

I have reported this several times over the last 6 months, here and filing bug reports, missing data reports.  In six months not one single reply or any fix, it would be great to see some help now so we can move back to google finance from yahoo (which also had this data problem a while back but responded and fixed it within a week).

Another data error I have been reporting for 2 years now is that many dividends on the Australian stock exchange are reported twice, the first on the ex div date and then again 3 days later.  Google is reporting paying me all my dividends twice.  Again I have filed many reports over the last two years and nothing fixed and no reply or acknowledgment.

Please please at least reply to acknowledge these problems with data and when a fix.  We are now considering moving from android to windows phones just because you can get a response to issues from microsoft and yahoo.

Frustratingly there is still no response from Google finance on this, despite replies to other posts.  I do not understand how such a serious problem in the price data can keep on being ignored.  I wonder if it is just a problem with my computer, although I have tried various browsers.  

Could someone else please confirm this issue by searching for any Australian stock such as ASX:TLS, then go to historical data and report if there are any daily volumes shown, and if there are any open high low data from before 19 November?

Thank you thank you thank you.  I have been trying for so many months to get someone in google finance to notice this. I will come more to this forum in the future to post about issues.

Could you also raise the dividend issue with your provider.  ASX.TLS and some other stocks have each dividend shown 2 or 3 times.  I have reported them as incorrect dividends over the last 2 years whenever I see them, but I don't think those reports work.

This is fixed now thank you very much.  It is fantastic to see google taking an interest in these groups now some of these issues might be able to get fixed.  It is a shame though in some ways if this was so easy to fix, why does it take so long to get in contact with google to report these issues?  I reported this error several times when I first noticed it 5 months ago, filing bug reports and errors in share price, I even posted here on these discussion forums, but the message never got through to google.  Let us hope that now things are changing.

Please also notice the problems with the dividend payments.

Unfortunately I spoke to soon.  The daily open high low close prices are fixed but the daily volume is still missing :-(

Although this was fixed in January for the old data, it has since started again since February 2013 again there is no daily volume data.  The daily volume is given on the days summary each day but not being shown on charts or price history.

The volume for 30 min intervals is correctly shown on all plots.

The volume on weekly charts is also not working.

I can not see why this should be such an ongoing issue for Google, I have used Yahoo, Microsoft, and many other much smaller free charting sites, and none of them have had this issue for more than a few days.  I think it was Yahoo had volumes missing for a few days but it was fixed by them almost as soon as it was reported as an issue.

Dear Google Finance Team,

A whole year and no progress ... it must be a mighty big error to require this much follow up!

Coming back to check up on Google Finance it  seems it has received no attention in the last 6 months, none of the old issues or the bad data fixed.  It would be better to just own up to your customers that Finance is no longer supported, I see new people here reporting the same old issues and asking the same questions, give them a break!
