Moneycentral has the best stock and mutual fund screeners - hands down.
I have scoured the internet for other screeners; There is nothing that
even comes close. Not for free - not for $30/month.

You can screen by using any of dozens of variables. You can use
mathematical equations based on those variables. You can save your
search criteria. It is thorough and comprehensive.

Compared to other screeners, it is also surprisingly quick and easy to
add or change search criteria; You can set all your criteria without
the webpage having to update. The results are displayed instantly and
they can be added to a portfolio. The results window is also
customizable, allowing you to set the displayed columns and to sort by
any column.

When Google makes a stock and fund screener, this is the model to
follow.

I agree. This is closely related to my post here:

Its not good enough just screening on todays data or even a few months
or short years of data. We need to be able to run screeners on
accurate(*) and free of survivorship bias historical data to see what
the screener would picked and how the screener selections would have
performed in the past using our criteria. Without this, we can never be
sure that the screening criteria we are choosing has a high chance of
picking stocks that go out of business, for example.

* Accurate in the historical context i.e. "what did we know and when
did we know it", not historical data that has been adjusted
days/months/years later to "what it should have been", as is done with
most goverment economic statistics for example.
