Get change in Dow Jone Index

By using the following URL

http://www.google.com/finance/info?client=ig&q=INDEXDJX:.DJI

I can get the current value of Dow Jone Index (10,415.24)

However, how I can get the change for Dow Jone Index?

The Change should be in the JSON Data "C" and "CP" , Do you ever get a
value in this field.
If this filed is blank, either there is no change at this moment. Run
this URL between
14:00 to 17:00 EDT , see if the current value changes, then if C or CP
has vay values.

 The Market has Opened now, I was checking Bloomberg Radio.

My Website is showing Update for All Stocks,

Now the Date is Sept 10 , and Dow Index Change is +1.89 and Change
