google's plan is shrouded in mystery. supposition is that they'll narrow it to a group of finalists...but nobody really knows.

Ivan,

I like the 4G Club. As far as after March 26th, we don't know much
about when they will make their decision. I have said from the
beginning of this, that if we are not chosen by Google, we need to
keep the train rolling with all the community support. There are some
other options to explore for our city. The best part about this whole
experience is that we are all having the conversation about high-speed
Internet and it's applications. Hope that helps.

I believe it is one more venue in a myriad array of efforts to show support for the initiative to bring Hi-speed Google fiber to Greensboro.
