Today we blessed revision 24 as the new stable release. This version
fixes a lot of bugs and we are very grateful for all the testing, bug
reports as well as patches you have done since the first release.

Here is the change log.

* Support for sub pixel rendering
* Crop content if painting outside the canvas
* initElement now returns a reference to the fixed element
* Fixes to arc
* Printing support
* Implement the canvas property
* Set the default size to 300x150
* Fixes quadraticCurveTo
* Fix arcs that are drawn counter clockwise
* Use ownerDocument instead of the global document
