Excanvas silverlight

Hello,

Just a quick question. Are excanvas and excanvas silverlight
interchangable ? I mean, should I expect my application, which I coded
using excanvas, to work if I just include the silverlight excanvas.js
instead of the vml version ?

I'm asking cause I did so and it didn't work, and I don't know if its
because silverlight implementation is still uncomplete or not
interchangeable or maybe because of some other reason.

They should be interchangeable. They both have different issues. For example, there are issues with events for the silverlight one. What problems are you seeing?

The application is just not loading. I get a blank silverlight page
with nothing on it where the app should be.

What I'm trying to run is ernest delgado canvas photo experiment,
which you can find at:

http://www.ernestdelgado.com/public-tests/canvasphoto/

(I'm developing an application based on it so if it runs with the
original it should run with mine).

I'm aiming at silverlight in the hope that it will run a little bit
faster on IE. Is this a reasonable expectation ?
