User Added results don´t display in frontend

Hi there!

I recently installed the addon "User Added results". Everything worked
fine, but I don´t get any results displayed on the frontend. You can
create own key matches and open the dashboard site. Entering the
keyword increases the impression count in the database and on the
dashboard.
Searching for a term that has no "user added keymatch", the "Add
results" link appears. Searching for a word with an existing user
added keymatch nothing happens. Though it takes longer until the page
is being rendered.

Looking at the source code of the frontend in the serving it contains
the links to the .js and .php files.

When searching for a search term that matches a user added result,
following error appears on the browser:

The Server containing the additional website looks as follows:
Win2K3 R2 SP2, IIS 6, Mysql 5.1, PHP 5.2.10

Did I forget to mention anything? Hope not! :)

Has anybody seen this problem and solved it?
