Best way to deal with Skipped - "Operation has timed out"

Hi,

First of all, amazing job on the app. It's a lifesaver.

I'm having high skipped rates on a .mbox folder of emails I'm uploading (circa 20%), all for operation time out.

The .mbox folder has a pretty intricate folder/subfolder structure, don't know whether that's the problem. I'm uploading in small batches, under 300 emails usually, but at one point (usually around the 100 mark) I start timing out.

Two questions:

1. What does it mean, exactly? Is it my connection, or the server load that's timing out? What's the best way to avoid it?

2. What's the best way to deal with the skipped messages? Manually going through hundreds of skipped messages is complex.
