No folders after Mac migration

Hi all.

I have migrated 27000 mails all divided in many folders.

I have used Google mail uploader.

I have migrated 3 different accounts.

Now i have no folders but a single folder caller 25dec2014 (date of migration).

How i can have the same configuration before migration?

I had the same problem. I ended up deleting all the moved mail to start over. I had to do one folder at a time. In the "Assign Additional Label" I would put the name of the folder. It takes a lot more time but it's the only way I found to do it.
