upload succeeds but messages never appear in gmail interface

hey all,

i've test uploaded approx 70 emails from 3 different mboxs to a google apps account. I also asked that the mailbox name be made in to a label and that a custom label is added.

the uploader reports success for all but one message, however, after around 3 hours none of the messages have appeared in the gmail interface.

is there something else I am missing here? could the administrator for the company have blocked this service without the service providing feedback to tell me as such?

Hi Sam,

Your admin does need to configure some items for you to be able to upload your mail. This article describes the steps I had to take as Admin under "Configure the Admin Console" about a quarter way down the page:
