[Important] A registered Cloud project is required for Earth Engine Python

Hello Earth Engine developers,

We're finalizing the access changes that were announced in July and September of last year. If you're not accessing Earth Engine with a registered project when using the Python client library, as of this week, you will no longer be able to send queries to the EE API. We're gradually rolling out this requirement on the backend, and this may affect your access, especially if you haven't updated your client library to v1.5.1+.
