BUG: GE plugin may create more than one placemark when refresh and update the same kml

to KML Developer Support - Google Earth Plug-in
When you set refreshMode and update kml on interval, GEPlugin will
process as two or more placemarks for the same kml placemark item.
when you click placemark and the balloon was displayed, the GEPlugin
should create a new placemark when refreshed. Repeat operation like
above, it should create another new placemark.
How to resolve this problem?
