Hi raf,

It's true that at launch, at Google I/O, we announced that we were
going to release Mac versions by August and Linux versions after that.
And I based my post on that announcement.

It's taking a little longer than we thought. A Mac version is still
one of our highest priorities, and Linux is also a priority. However,
we are not able to tell you a date at this time.

Mano,

I'm wondering if it would be possible to give us a revised date for
releasing the plugin for OSX and Linux? While I understand your
reluctance to give us a hard date, some soft dates might ease the
expectations based on the announcement you made at I/O for an August
release.

I've got more than a couple of customers giving me a hard time about
porting my Splunk Globe application over to the GE plugin, and it
would be helpful to tell them at least the quarter we could expect the
release in.

If it is possible, I'd be willing to test an early version. Thanks for
all the hard work - can't wait to see more soon.

Hi Kord,

We unfortuantely can't provide any more information about the release
dates for Mac and Linux versions; support for all modern platforms and
browsers, including the previously mentioned OS's as well as Google
Chrome, are our highest priorities, and we expect updates soon.
