SKY API

Hi all,
I wonder if there is any official search API for Google Sky?

There is the GeoCoder class to search the Earth but I couldn't find
any equivalent for the SKY.

For example I want to search the Milky way..

Hi Hussein,

Although it's not officially supported, you can use the same Sky
search mechanism that sky.google.com uses:

http://www.google.com/maps?output=kml&q=sky:Andromeda%20Galaxy&hl=en

That will return a KML of the search results for 'Andromeda Galaxy'.
