New Plugin install on intranet with enterprise server

Hi, I would like to install the new version of the plugin on our
intranet and use the new feature that allows us to connect to our
enterprise server. Our intranet is not attached to the internet so
when I try to install the plugin I get an error that says can't reach
the internet. It is not possible to attach our network to the
internet, so is there a stand alone offline install that will work
without access to the internet?
