Full download

Hello, google update does not work from my network and the only way I
can install the plugin is by using a full package (without install
time download).
Does such package exist?

What error are you getting while using the installer?

Hi Roman,
googleupdate is blocked at a corporate firewall level because it's a
security risk, so I can't download through that.

I've found a full installer here and it worked:
http://dl.google.com/earth/plugin/4.3.11528.8566/googleearth-plugin-win.exe,
but it would be great if such addresses would be known officially so I
could be sure if my version is up to date.
There is also this URI going around the forums:
http://dl.google.com/earth/client/GE5/release_5_0/GoogleEarth-Win-Plus-5.0.11337.1968.exe
