New Bug Tracking/Feature Requests Interface

I've just finished setting up a new interface for submitting Earth API
and Browser Plugin bugs and feature requests. Before visiting the
page, please read the following notes:
1) If you requested or supported a feature on the old Feature Requests
page, please find it in the new interface and 'Star' it by clicking
the empty star icon to the left of the feature. This will help us
track feature importance as well as allow you to receive notifications
if the enhancement request is updated.
2) If the feature request or bug is specific to the KML standard,
please do not post it using this interface. We will provide a KML-
specific interface for issue tracking shortly.
3) If you would like to post a bug report, **please post to the group
first so that we can determine if it is truly a bug with the Plugin/
API and not an error in your implementation**. Once we have determined
that it is indeed a bug in the software, you can go ahead and post it.
