Create KML Tours dynamically

Last week I released a new tool on GPSies, which let you create a KML Tour by uploading a GPS file dynamically.

It determines the proprety of a GPS track: round or one way course. If it is a round course and the length of the trail is less than 20 km, the bearing is static.

If it is a one way course or longer the 20 km, the server calculates the bearing of each used point.

The length has also an impact to the amount of the used trackpoints and the height.

All public tracks of GPSies (over one million) downloadable as Google Earth Tour, see GE Icons below the maps (or find: "Fly tour as Google Earth Animation"). All files are generated dynamically.

few days ago I used the gadget kml present in this page:

to create interactive maps like yours ...

Now that gadget does not work anymore

you know any other way to easily make a map with kml?

I can not open your link and so i do not know what is does or is.

If you are looking for a  widget for embedding into your site, you could use http://www.gpsies.com. You also are able to generate those KML files at GPSies (create/import a track and download it as KML Tour).

The text string for the link has 2 spurious embedded blanks after the two percent signs.
Strip them out and you get:

something with this website.
When I click on the link, it doesn't work.
If I open a new browser window and paste the string into it, all works...
Somehow this forum has broken the link behind the text string...
Don't know what happened... but the link (text string) version does work
