How to Omit BCE from time slider?

am using a google earth plugin in my web site:
(here is the link. from the left menu select "Winter Daily Extremes". when going to the tour and starting it, time slider shows BCE, which I don't want it. How can I make it disappear?
the Timespans in the KML file are 100 from 0 to 100, and I want time slider to just show 0 and 100 at the ends.

By The way, if zoom in the slider bar for one level, it gets corrected and shows from 0 to 99! how can I program it, so I can have this view from start?
