Shp2kml program

Hello

I m trying to transfer a shape file with polygons and some features
wish I hope will be shown in a balloon
I heard about a small program called Shp2KML but it seems impossible
to dowload it at the address www.zonums.com/shp2kml.html
Can somebody help me to find this program or propose another free
solution.....

The link works. I had a hard time trying to find which download to use as well. If you scroll down below the second picture, there will be the download link. It is small. Good luck!!
