google plug in not working on chrome

hi guy,

pls i tried using google to plot a radio link using this site ;; http://airlink.ubnt.com/;; it not working . anytime i load the site. it ask me download pug in and restart browser ,yet not working after downloading on my chrome browsers. what can i do plss to make is work  ?
