Is there no way to change the google earth server hosting the maps in a non-Enterprise Client (EC)?

I have developed a simple web application using the google earth API, but need to be able to change the server which is providing the maps. I need to use a server running on a internal network. Is there a way to change the server google earth uses without being a Enterprise Client (EC) customer?
