load API from enterprise server

I'm on a standalone network with a local Google Earth Server.

The enterprise documentation talks about utilizing Google Map API and
the Google Earth API from the local GEE but I cannot find information
on the how.

I've tried variations of the existing public URLs without success
http://<LocalGoogleEarth>/maps/api/js
http://<LocalGoogleEarth>/maps
http://<LocalGoogleEarth>/jsapi


I did however find the following
http://<LocalGoogleEarth>/fusionmaps_local.js
http://<LocalGoogleEarth>/fusionmaps.js


Is appears to be the enterprise API before v2 became public.

Can anybody provide some suggestions or input on utilizing these
libraries
