Temporarily Disabling IE8 Support

In the next day or two, we will explicitly disable IE8 support until
we fix a few show-stopper bugs that have been reported recently. IE8
users will get a 'this browser is not supported' message until support
for the new browser is turned on again.

In the meantime, you can bypass the IE8 browser check by using the the
IE7 compatibility mode meta-tag:

<meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=7" />

Please disregard the <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible"
content="IE=7" /> workaround, that certainly doesn't modify the user
agent and bypass our browser check.

We are working at getting IE8 fully supported.
