Why can not I connection to ”http://www.localhost/authorize/“

I am built the project successful,but when I chick the Google Drive Shell Extension ico and then I login my google count.The web-jumping to the http://www.localhost/authorize/ is failed to connection.I have start the google-drive-proxy.How can I do?Who can help me?Thank You!!!
