Note : Must have : An active CCNA, JNCIA, certification is required, or else profile will be rejected. Need candidate who is more Juniper side not cisco.

              Need certification no profiles without certifications.

 

 

Position Overview :

 

We are looking for a Network Engineer who is passionate about merging traditional network operations with modern software engineering practices.

This role sits at the intersection of our Network Operations Center (NOC) and our automation initiatives.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day health of our global network while proactively identifying and automating repeatable tasks to ensure our infrastructure is running optimally.

As a Network Automation Engineer, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing and AI.

You will report to the Manager of Networking and serve as a bridge between manual operations and scalable, automated systems.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • 6+ Yrs Experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Handle day-to-day tasks within a NOC capacity to ensure the stability, uptime, and optimal performance of mission-critical edge and backbone network.
  • Drive Automation: Identify repeatable manual tasks and develop robust automation solutions to streamline operations and deployment.
  • System Integration: Design and implement scripts that interact with various internal and external systems via APIs to create seamless workflows.
  • Network Management: Manage core network infrastructure, including routers and switches across global data centers and points of presence.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent future service disruptions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to integrate network services with our cloud platform and support the next generation of AI.

 

What You’ll Add

 

  • Automation Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Python and network automation frameworks (such as Salt or Ansible).
  • Software Proficiency: A deep understanding of software systems, version control, CI/CD and how to interact with RESTful APIs.
  • Networking Fundamentals: Solid command of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, ISIS, EVPN, and VXLANs.
  • Observability and Telemetry: Understanding of time series databases such as VictoriaMetrics and Clickhouse, proficiency with Prometheus, and experience with netconf, GNMI, and streaming telemetry methodologies.
  • Vendor Knowledge: Ability to configure and troubleshoot hardware from major vendors such as Cisco, Arista, and Juniper.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to network observability and performance analytics.
  • Technical Leadership: A desire to take ownership of projects and a passion for mentoring others in the transition toward automation-first operations.

 

What You Have

 

Certification: An active CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent industry certification is required – Must have.

Environment Experience: Proven experience working in a large-scale service provider, hyperscaler, or high-volume data center environment.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Scripting Excellence: Demonstrated ability to design, write, test, and deploy production-ready Python code.

Operating Systems: Solid expertise in Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.

Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases for configuration management and operational data storage.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
