[google-licensing-api] i need help and some examples to use the google licensing api

i try to use the api of Licensing https://developers.google.com/admin-sdk/licensing/v1/reference to try get all my organization google drive users licenses (listForProduct), i enabled it but i have a error a denied access using it:

• Unauthorized operation for the given domain, i use a service account generated to access it, i use the lastest ,net framework core api,
• i try to use Google-Drive-storage and my domain or my account as parameters, is this the way to get the info that i need? are a better way? are practical exampes how to use this api? thanks!
