Discrepancy between UI and API in availability forecast

Hi,

We've found a discrepancy in the number of available units returned by the availability forecast when comparing the user interface (UI) and the API. While we've confirmed identical targeting and line item configurations across both platforms, and even see the same targeting breakdown list, the unit counts within that breakdown differ.

Please help us to get an explanation of this kind of differences, and let us know what is needed to help you with the analysis.

I have reviewed your query and understand that you have noticed data discrepancies between the UI and the API while forecasting. Please provide us with the following details to investigate the issue further.

• Confirm whether you are using the same parameter in both the UI and API(such as targetings, date range etc..)
• Please provide a complete screenshot of the UI, including all parameters used and the results.
• UserService.getCurrentUser (if unable, you may just provide the email address used to make API requests).
• Complete SOAP request and response logs from API (SOAP logging must be enabled).
