Video File Creative upload

Hi Team,

Is it possible upload a video(.mp4)  using the admanager API for use in creatives? I mean upload a video file, not use a video URL on ads.

Thank you for contacting the Ad Manager API support team.

Upon checking, I can confirm that uploading a video file using the Ad Manager API is not possible/supported. Instead, you can create a video creative using the available fields in the VideoCreative type, which include the URL of the video file. Let us know if you have any further queries.

I will raise a request to add the upload functionality via the Ad Manager API. With that being said, I am unable to comment about the availability of this functionality in the API. I'd advise you to follow our Blog Post and Release Notes for announcements about new API releases and features
