Is the Skippable video option available in the SOAP API? I'm unable to locate it.

 have reviewed your query and understand that you want to know whether the Skippable video option is available in the Ad Manager API or not.. I would like to confirm that there is a field to set skippableAdType in the line item. Please note that it is only applicable when the environmentType is set to VIDEO_PLAYER.
