Can you please confirm if you have placed the advertisements via Ad Manager API or the UI? If it is via UI, please post your concern in the Google Ad Manager Help Community as they will be better equipped to address your questions. If it is via API, can you please elaborate the issue and provide details such as network code, SOAP logs (enable logging )? You can use reply privately to author when you provide the logs. Let me know if you are using different programming language so I can provide the enable logging link for that one.
