404 on random GAM API endpoints

Hello,

Is there something going on with GAM API recently? We had similar issue on Friday for half an hour. 7th of November sometimes between 14:00-14:45 CET. And we are having the same issue again right now.

Is there known issue here? Our all integrations towards GAM experiencing the same problem.

There was no endpoint listening at https://ads.google.com/apis/ads/publisher/v202505/ReportService that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. According to the Google Ads Status Dashboard, there is no service disruption for the Ad Manager API.

Please note we have created in your network we don’t see any issue. I would recommend you wait for sometime and try again for the same request. If still the issue persists, please provide us with the following details for further investigation.

 

• UserService.getCurrentUser (if unable, you may just provide the email address used to make API requests).
• Complete SOAP request and response logs from API (SOAP logging must be enabled) .

Thank you, Guduri, Krishna (CAI - Atlanta), so it is not only us experiencing this issue.

Ad Manager API Team, our clients are asking for proof that we are having an issue with GAM API. Can you confirm at least that you have issues on your end? I believe you should have all logs, etc, on your end for that.

v202505 version as well on different networs ids.

Could you please provide us with your Network code and complete SOAP request and response logs (with SOAP logging enabled) from API. So that we can check the issue from our end. Please note that without network code and API logs we cannot investigate the issue further.
