I'm trying to get a better technical understanding of how measurability is determined by active view.
My assumption is that when the ad arrives on the page, there is some kind of script that is run to figure out if something would interfere with the measurement calculations. And if nothing is found then there's a ping back to the server to say that everything is okay.
So first of all, is that correct?
If so:
1) How many requests are created by active view total? is it one for the ad being received, one for measurability confirmation, and then eventually one for a viewable impression?
2) What would cause an impression to be eligible, but not qualify as measurable and how is that determined?
3) Is the ping back to inform of measurability status done either way? Or is it only if measurability is possible?
If this is not the right place to ask such questions, please direct me!
Thanks
