Server errors in the Ad Manager interface and over the API

Hi, 

Since the 2nd November, we've been experiencing issues with both the API and the interface. Our getSavedQueriesByStatement call returns

> [ServerError.SERVER_ERROR @ ]

We're also getting errors through the interface which I believe may be related here: https://admanager.google.com/<accountid>#reports/report/detail/report_id=<reportid>

> An error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again

In the developer console I'm seeing a JS exception:

> EXCEPTION: Exception: Unable to get baseDimension for dimensionId: ch:<id>_NAME

> STACKTRACE: 

> Exception: Unable to get baseDimension for dimensionId: ch:<id>_NAME

Any ideas? Happy to share account details/IDs privately if that'll help.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'll be asking for a couple details for you to provide so that I may be able to check this on my end and further assist you. You may send them via Reply privately to author option:

• Network code
• Screenshots of the report from the UI and the saved query Id of the report
• UserService.getCurrentUser of the account that made the report & retrieved the report
• Complete SOAP request and response logs (SOAP logging must be enabled)
