How to set up a polite load

Hi,

I created an expendable banner in GWD. Publishing to Double Click Studio I've selected the option 'Polite loading'.

But in DC Studio I get a message:

The primary asset in this creative is larger than 75 KB. Most publishers require that your asset have an initial load of 50 KB. To prevent issues, consider breaking up the primary asset into multiple smaller assets. Then set up a polite load in the primary asset and upload all the assets together.

I have an image, below 40k, which I'd like to use as a primary asset, but don't have a clue how to do this. DC Studio does not give me any options and I can not find any documentation explaining how to do this.

Could you please help?
