SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED

Hi google team,

i got this error message:

google.auth.exceptions.TransportError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='oauth2.googleapis.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /token (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: self signed certificate in certificate chain (_ssl.c:997)')))

when tried to run this code:

from googleads import ad_manager
client = ad_manager.AdManagerClient.LoadFromStorage()
network_service = client.GetService('NetworkService', version='v202208')

it worked fine befor. 

do you have any ideas how can i fix it ? =)
