Generic Error when Forecasting a ProposalLineItem

Dear team,
We received the ApiException{errors=[ServerError{errorString=ServerError.SERVER_ERROR, fieldPath=, reason=SERVER_ERROR, trigger=}]} error from the API when forecasting a proposal line item that doesn't have an ID set up.
Could you please help us understand what we are doing wrong?

I have reviewed your query and understand that you are getting an error i.e, ServerError.SERVER_ERROR when forecasting a proposal line item. The ServerError.SERVER_ERROR error indicates that an unexpected error occurs. Please note we have forecasted using the proposal line item in your network we don’t see any issue. I can confirm that there is no issue with the Google Ad Manager. I would recommend you wait for sometime and try again for the same request. If still the issue persists, please provide us with the following details for further investigation.                                               

• Complete SOAP request and response logs from API (SOAP logging must be enabled).
•  UserService.getCurrentUser (if unable, you may just provide the email address used to make.
• Network code.

Looking at the provided request,  the error is likely caused by the presence of two identical <CustomCriteria> elements under an AND logical operator within the innermost set.

 

Could you test the getAvailabilityForecast request after removing the redundant second <children xsi:type="ns2:CustomCriteria"> element within the innermost <CustomCriteriaSet>?

 

Also, have you tried building the report in the Ad Manager UI with the same configurations and see if it works without any issues?

The request is missing Goal.GoalType. Adding a goal type fixes the issue, as shown below:

<goal>
  <goalType>LIFETIME</goalType>
  <unitType>IMPRESSIONS</unitType>
  <units>100000</units>
</goal>
