Web Rewarded ads issue

I am trying to implement rewarded web ads on my react website, I used the examples in documentation and got a basic setup, but every time I try to get rewarded ad I get my "slotRenderEnded" event triggered with isEmpty == true, meaning that the ad doesn't get filled. Just to test, I tried adslot ids from this page: https://nativeads.weebly.com/rewarded-web.html and official google example,  and it worked with my current code like a charm, ads get filled and displayed correctly, but as soon as I plug back my slot id it doesn't get filled again. I'm using network id/slot code as requested, makes me think my ad slot is not configured correctly in ad manager, I tried playing with settings but there is not many things I can change, does anyone have any idea what can be an issue?
