Hi, The AdjustmentService (v202402) throws an  Internal Error when forecasts adjusted to zero. We have ad units that will no longer be available from a specific future date so it makes no sense to be forecasting delivery against these ad units from that date onward. If the AdjustmentService doesn't support this, any alternative suggestions? Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Ad Manager API support team.

I have reviewed your query and understand that when you set forecasts adjusted to zero encountered an error i.e, ForecastingError.INTERNAL_ERROR @ forecastAdjustments[0]. I would recommend you pass values greater than 1000. Please note that it is not possible to set forecasts adjusted to zero. If the issue still persists,  please provide us with the following details to investigate the issue further.

Hi,

Appreciate that the AdjustmentService has the weird limitation that you describe. Do you have any alternative suggestion to achieve the desired outcome, we want to make sure we are not forecasting delivery (which translates to revenue) against an ad unit we no longer represent.

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

I would like to inform you that the forecast is predicted for the number of impressions that can serve today. All possible forecasted impressions are independent of each LineItem if you have forecasted for the particular LineItem. There are two options if you have added LineItem ID to forecast then, it will predict based on that added LineItem and if you haven't added any LineItem ID then, it will forecast based on all LineItems in your network. You may refer to this link for more information.

Hope this helps. For any other assistance you may get back to us.
