Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Ad Manager API support team.

I have reviewed your query and understand that you are encountering an error i.e, server error when creating an availability forecast with a proposal line item.

I recommend using goalType as LIFETIME  instead of NONE. As goalType:NONE is only supported for LineItemType PRICE PRIORITY, AD_EXCHANGE, CLICK_TRACKING.
