To assist further, Please provide us with the following details for further investigation. 

  • Could you please confirm that  this is happening in all environments or just their prod environment?

  • Can you please confirm whether you are able to access this URL (it shows the API schema) from your local machine? (https://ads.google.com/apis/ads/publisher/v202502/LineItemService)

  • Are you using any proxy, or is there a corporate firewall?

The same phenomenon continued today, 2025-11-13, from 00:00 to 05:00 (KST).
Currently, communication errors are not occurring.
We are concerned about when this phenomenon might appear again.

Here are the answers to the questions you inquired about:

  • Could you please confirm that  this is happening in all environments or just their prod environment?

 => It occurred in all environments (Development and Production).


=> When I entered the URL on my local PC, I received the following response:

=> We are not using a proxy, and we have a company firewall.

Currently, I see other people on the forum experiencing the same phenomenon as me.
It seems that communication is continuously succeeding and failing.
Is there really no problem on your server side?
Have your server IP addresses changed?

I attempted to replicate the issue with retrieving line items on our network, but I was successful and did not encounter any errors. Since I was unable to reproduce the problem locally, I have raised your concern to the wider team for further investigation. Hello,

I sent you GAM network Ids with private message.

This issue appears not for all requests, it appears and suddenly becomes stable, and after sometime it doesn't work again. You cannot reproduce it with one request. You have to check the logs in the timeframe when it happened.

- It happens in all prod environments of GAM, not only one GAM network
- That error appears with LineItemService, CreativeService, CustomTargetingServic, ReportService and other endpoints
- No, we don't use any web proxy

It happened approximately between 2025-11-12 18:30 CET - 20:00 CET. Please check the logs on your end.

Our system experienced the same phenomenon today as well.
From 2025-11-13 23:49:41 to 2025-11-14 04:23:05 (KST),
we received the "(404) Not Found" response again during this time window.
The error log is identical to the one we shared previously.

When can we expect an update regarding the cause and resolution of this issue?
