Forecasting service returns 'ALREADY_STARTED' error when using startDateTimeType set to IMMEDIATELY

Dear team,
We received the ApiException{errors=[LineItemError{errorString=LineItemError.ALREADY_STARTED, fieldPath=startDateTime, fieldPathElements=[FieldPathElement{field=startDateTime}], reason=ALREADY_STARTED, trigger=}]} error from the API when forecasting a line item that has been set to use startDateTimeType equals to IMMEDIATELY. 
Could you please help us to understand what are we doing wrong?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Ad Manager API support team.

I understand that you are facing "LineItemError.ALREADY_STARTED" error while using ForecastService of Ad Manager API. This error indicates that some changes may not be allowed because a line item has already started.

To investigate this issue further, provide us with complete SOAP request and response logs(SOAP logging must be enabled) from the API which is causing this error.
